Main accused in “Leith” baby kidnap arrested eastern Algeria

“Leith” was handed over by the medical staff to his parents at 11:00 am amid joyful atmosphere in the capital of east along two kilometers, from Constantine Hospital to Ben Chergui neighborhood.

Ceremony that was organized by the father of “Leith”, coincides with the arrest of “N.Said”, who is born in August, 22, 1955 in Cabillar (France), at the entry of “Kettit” village in Sidi Mezghiche (Skikda), eastern Algeria, when he was driving a bleu Marutti type car, that belongs to his wife and partner in the case of kidnapping baby “Leith”.

The accused was arrested after a security investigation in various Wilayas, and after distributing information about him and the car that he used in his movements, as he was trying to take isolated and forest ways since Friday, after he knew about the arrest of his wife, in order to arrive to El Milia cemetery in Jijel (eastern Algeria), in order to visit the tomb of his father for the last time, but he was unable to do that, because security services notified his entry to the soil of Skikda, in an early hour of Sunday.

Security forces were deployed to close all the entries and exits towards El Milia, as he did not show any resistance during his arrest, then he was transferred to the security department of Sidi Mezghiche, before transferring him to Ziadia prosecution court (Constantine), because it is the direct responsible of the issue.

Previously, the main accused escaped on Friday, after arresting his wife and retrieving “Leith”, as he has the French citizenship and married four women, a French national (Stephanie Dominic Francois Mont), who is the daughter of a former French MP, and he divorced under a French court decision, before he escaped to Algeria after being followed in many cases, then he married a woman from Constantine who gave birth to five kids. He married again with a woman from Algiers and lived three years with her in Ain Beniane.
