Mekhzen Exploits African Illegal Immigrants To Continue Its Malicious Campaign Against Algeria

Foreign Affairs Ministry announced that the deportation of African illegal immigrants to their countries took place within the framework of respecting the human rights and in accordance with Algeria’s international obligations.

It Also lamented of the fact that the process of deporting illegal immigrants of various nationalities on December, 1 to 6 was followed by crafty comments with the purpose of compromising the values ​​of the traditional hospitality of the Algerian people and the natural solidarity of the state with the neighboring and friendly countries which are facing some crisis that imposed the movement of persons.

“Deportation came as a last resort action that was carried out by the authorities after the frequent prejudice of public order in several regions of the country, especially in the capital,Algiers, where there were serious irregularities, in particular the sabotage and physical attacks that are unacceptable and unjustifiable acts against the Algerian Red Crescent volunteers”.

“In the face of such behaviors, the security forces showed professionalism to contain the consequences of these acts that remain, unacceptable, during the migration process”.

“Algeria, which has always shared the concerns of the neighboring and friendly countries, and in spite of the bad economic situation, it is making efforts in the field to help many of the immigrants who benefited, similar to Algerian nationals, from free health and education services”.

Foreign Ministry’s clarification came in response to the exploitation of the King Mohammed VI to the suffering of Africans in the Sahel and who are fleeing from the hell of war and famine, and who were received in Algeria since many years, where they enjoyed decent life conditions.
