Moh Cherif Hennachi to Echourok : Saadane should be assisted by either Madjer or Trapatonni

Talking in Echourok Forum, the chairman of the football club J S Kabylie , Mohand Cherif Hennachi has raised several points in relation to the national competition, putting the stress on the latest performance of the Algeria squad in the African Cup of Nations tournament.

• With his usual frankness, the chairman has criticised the head coach’s choices in this competition and calling on, at the same time, the chairman of the Algerian Football Federation, Mohammed Raouraoua to take swift actions before it’s too late because the World Cup is coming with bonds and leaps.
• “ We need a “strong” coach, why not Trapatonni”
• Mohand Cherif Hennachi dwelt on the question of the coach saying that the Fennecs should be led by a strong coach “ I’m not against Rabah Saadane but I insist that the presence of a strong coach is key to success and enables you to achieve your objectives”, he said.
• “If were Saadane, I would ask Trapatonni’s assistance”
• The chairman has insisted on the importance of building a strong squad before the World Cup, indicating that everybody should work for correcting the African Cup of Nations’ mistakes” We have to catch up the mistakes before thinking of the World Cup’s preparations, four months separate us from the kick off and the period is enough to build a competitive squad”; He further added ” Some talk about the Italian coach Trapatonni and personally I’m not against the idea; if I were Saadane I would have asked his assistance because he’s a renown coach and help the Algeria squad”.
• “Madjer or Benchikha are fit for the job”
• Mohand Cherif Hennachi has indicated that time is running out and a greater organization is required before pending the start of the World Cup tournament “ I have mentioned the name of Trapatonni earlier, but I do believe that Madjer or Benchikha can assist Rabah saadane in the World Cup”, he said.
• “I respect Raouraoua but the technical staff needs reinforcement”
• The chairman has not only called for the reinforcement of the technical staff, but also for the appointment of competent managers” I like Mohammed Raouraoua because he’s a professional and is doing a tremendous job but he needs assistance from skilled managers”, he said.
• “ Lahcen should join the group”
• Mohand cherif Hennachi has indicated that the Algeria squad should be reinforced by seasoned and top class players who can give a plus to the group before the world Cup “ Top class players only should be called up to the Algeria squad including Mehdi Lahcen, whose presence would be of great benefit for the team, especially that he will play in the midfield along with the talented Hassen Yebda”.
• “The African Football Confederation (CAF) should ban Codjia for real”
• The Forum’s guest expressed his wish to see the Benin referee Koffi Codjia banned by the CAF for life “ CAF has to ban the referee Codjia for real and not only for a limited period of time, because he can resume his activities after retirement as supervisor and this unreasonable”. He went on saying “ I have declared that Codjia didn’t make mistakes with the Algerian football before, but never said that he was the best in Africa”.
• Mohand Cherif Hennachi further added “ The Egyptians made Codjia an offer he couldn’t refuse and lost his nerves”.
