National charter on the go to regulate Internet use by youngsters

The Minister of posts, information technologies and telecommunications, Moussa Benhamadi, has announced the drafting shortly of a national charter strictly regulating the activities of Cyber Cafés in Algeria by notably banning certain nefarious Websites so as to protect children and youngsters who regularly frequent these public spaces in search of information and escapism on the Internet.
