Nekkaz offers a billion centimes (DA) in exchange for evidence incriminating Chakib Khelil
The former unhappy presidential candidate of the April 2014 polls, namely Rachid Nekkaz, has offered 1 billion centimes in Dinars for each person that could provide tangible and indisputable evidence about corruption cases concerning former Algerian energy minister Chekib Khelil.
“Since the return on a red carpet of former energy minister and former president of Sonatrach to Algeria, the country’s justice and the Algerian regime seem to regard the former minister as an example of sanctity, honesty and excellence,” Rachid Nekkaz hammered in his official page on facebook.
“Chakib Khelil has sold off the country’s wealth for his benefit and that of his clan. For example, he gave in July 2002, 65% of Adrar gas (TouatGaz group) to the French company Gaz de France today called Engie”, he argued.
