No collective circumcision in hospitals without Interior Ministry's license

Many associations and committees of mosques are deprived from supporting the municipalities regarding the organization of collective circumcision ceremonies, because of the requirement for a new license that is granted by the governors who are assigned for associations wishing to organize this type of activity, which increases the demand for it largely during the last ten days of Ramadan.
Hospitals and health institutions received an instruction of not to receive associations that do not have a license to organize the process of circumcision, which deprived many associations which powers of files’ adoption ended, and has become for the Interior Ministry as illegal, and have no right to regulate any activity.
License that is approved by the interests of the departments included providing associations for the file that includes the accreditation register, and the literary and financial report for 2013, in addition to the art card for the circumcision activity that involves the initial approval of the Health Institution which will receive the children, and a health file of each kid that shows the lack of injury with any disease that opposes the process of circumcision.
These new conditions shocked a lot of Associations, Committees of Mosques and Scout Organization which used to organize circumcision activities each year, and that are in the benefit of needy children and orphans, and deprived them from organizing this process for this year’s Ramadan.
New procedures came after the chaos in hospitals for the process of circumcision, which were last year in the benefit of more than 13.000 children, who flocked to hospitals in close intervals making the services of Pediatric Surgery facing a real crisis in dealing with the huge number of children, causing some errors that has transformed the lives of some children to hell.
For their part, pediatricians warned from complications due to circumcision in the summer, as surgeries need a longer time to heal and are prone to bleeding due to the rising temperatures, in addition to the exposure of some of children to dehydration due to preventing them from drinking water before circumcision, and with the great pressure, which is noticed in the services of pediatric surgery, some beneficiaries of collective circumcision are forced to wait for long hours in order to enable them to conduct circumcision and this exposes them to drought and extreme thirst.
