Ouyahia:  Sadi is paid for “his opposition”

The leader of the National Democratic Rally ( RND), Ahmed Ouyahia has yesterday accused the advocates a weekly march each Saturday of troublemakers that intend to sow death among Algerians and engulf the country in bloodshed.

  •  “ What is Algeria’s future prospects, do they need a continuous march, for those who a need a Tahrir square, we respond that was in 1991”, he put it bluntly. Ahmed Ouyahia went on saying” There are lobbies that need to seize power, others that want to set ablaze the country digging for corpses but there are not, that’s why they work desperately for spreading chaos”.
  • Talking in a press conference held yesterday on the sidelines of the end of the proceedings of the party’s fifth national assembly, Ahmed Ouyahia has indicated “ The manipulators have failed because there weren’t victims during the rallies staged in 1st May square that could lead the country to another whirlpool”.
  • Ahmd Ouyahia was not upset by the citizens’ demand fro his departure acknowledging the existence of a social crisis “ What matters for me is the country’s stability not the departure of a Prime Minister”. He has further added “ Ali Yahia Abdenour , referring to him by a former minister in Houari Boumedienne’s government, and a party leader, referring to Said Saadi, are shrewdly manoeuvring but “something in return not for nothing” .
  • Answering to Echourok’s reporter over the reaction of the government only when it is put under pressure of protests, Ouyahia has asserted that staggering worth 1200 billions are spent by the government as allowance for families and 260 billions spent last year to streamline the Algerian Electricity company “ Sonelgaz” to avert energy’s  prices increase”.
  • Ahmed Ouyahia has indicated that the president is due to announce future reforms but he doesn’t know their contents and have nothing to do with last January’s unrests”  I say what my friend Abu Djerra Soltani has already asserted, the president didn’t consult any political party, denying the existence of a political crisis”.
