Over 20.000 New Licences Are Distributed For War Veterans

Ministry of the Mujahideen (war veterans) launched the distribution of more than 20 thousand new licences for exploiting them in taxis services, and people with rights, as from next January,5, while studying of the appeals that were made by war veterans in provincial directorates, which exceeded 10 thousand, is continuing until 31 December.

Official sources from the Ministry told Echorouk that, in the context of social assistance that is provided for the war veterans and those with rights to the rehabilitation of the process of distributing licenses that are relating to the exploitation of taxis, the ministry will distribute over 20.322 thousand licenses for taxis nationally.

“All the legal procedures to announce the lists of beneficiaries of these licenses to exploit taxis for the war veterans and the children of martyrs, and those with rights, have been completed, and the process of distribution of these licenses will be supervised by the state committees of social protection for those with rights, and the delivery of licenses to the owners will be on January,5, 2017, especially since the War Veterans’ Directorates suffer from the daily pressure because of a large influx of citizens who inquire about the date of the distribution of licenses, as the ministry also identified the value of exploiting the license with 10.000 DZD, and anyone who violates the value will be subjected to strict penalties”.

“The ministry gave instructions to its various services ordering them to send notifications for the children of martyrs and people with rights, to present the files for obtaining the licenses to exploit taxis on the level of branches that are located at their residence to pick them up as soon as possible, and that after they were directed to the war veterans and their widows, and people with their rights only”.
