Over 420 Element Of ISIS Recruitment Cells Are Arrested

Armed troops and intelligence services arrested, during nine months of 206, over 420 elements of logistical support, recruitment and back up cells in favor of the terrorist organization ISIS, while they succeeded in neutralizing 180 terrorists, of whom 130 have been eliminated during the same period.

According to the outcome, which copy is available to Echorouk, the joint military forces were able, during the nine months, to arrest 350 members whose mission was creating contact with the terrorist organization ISIS, and the deportation of youth to the hot spots, while the various security services arrested more than 130 elements who are active within ISIS recruitment cells, during the same period across 16 provinces, as the age of those arrested ranges between 21 and 55.

Armed forces and gendarmerie services, according to the outcome of the Defense Ministry, neutralized more than 180 terrorists during the nine months of the current year, including 130 terrorists who were eliminated, while they succeeded in curtailing the role of support and back up cells.

According to Echorouk sources, the talk about “recruiting” youth to join terrorist groups, declined remarkably in the recent years, but what is attached to attempts to recruit youth to join ISIS in Syria and Iraq, as the investigation showed that the terrorist leaders drained their human stockpile, through the commissioning of new terrorists to carry out terrorist attacks, including suicide bombings that took place in some areas of the country, in the recent years.

Success of the Algerian military forces, prompted the United States of America, last weekend, to pay tribute to the capabilities of the national armed forces in various teams, in maintaining security and stability in the country against all the terrorist organizations that exist in the whole region and Algeria’s neighboring countries in particular.

An American website that is specialized in security issues said that Algeria stands as a barrier to the expansion of the terrorist organization ISIS in the North Africa region, thanks to the high level of security that it enjoyed and the strength of its government.

It said in the analysis of the security situation in the region and in Algeria; “ISIS failed to enter Algeria”, according to the statements of the Assistant Director of the American electronic newspaper, citing Dalia Ghanem Yazbek, a member of the Carnegie Center for Research on the Middle East, asserting that the policy of the President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika in the fight against terrorism is rigorous and good, as he promised to eliminate terrorist groups and work to prevent the terrorist cells from finding a refuge inside the Algerian community.
