Paltry level in foreign languages, a gross liability for 2010 Baccalaureate candidates

According to the results of the 2010 Baccalaureate exam released by the national education Ministry, the level of those high-school students eager to follow higher studies at University is far from being up to the mark with countless of these candidates failing this year to get the average pass mark.
