“Plan 400” to secure Algiers

Acceding to information, available to Echorouk, joint security services imposed control on all axes and roads that lead to Algiers in application to instructions which they received this week, following informed information about a terrorist group.

In this context, General Directorate of Security launched the “Plan 400” that was prepared by security agents with official uniforms, who will be deployed in streets as groups of three armed agents, helped by security cars and other patrols with civil cloths, with the task of notifying the citizens in these regions with security and stability.

National Gendarmerie Services imposed control, in application to the instructions of Maj.Gen. Boustila, in all Algiers entries and exits.

Security services in ports and airports tightened control and inspected all passengers without exception whatever  their nationalities and jobs.

In a relayed context, Security services identified recently a new list of the most dangerous 47 terrorists, who are suspected of preparing terrorist attacks at the national territory, including Algerian, Libyan, Tunisian and Malian nationalities, as the list includes a woman and minors under 17.
