Unlike the previous time in which Prime Minister, Ahmed Ouyahia, attacked the opposition, he called it this time from the upper chamber of parliament to sit at the dialogue table.

“In this circumstance we need to give priority to the national interest in all sensitivities, and we are not here to eliminate the opposition, and I confirm that the hand of the government extends to all political parties and our doors are open to anyone who wants dialogue, as long as it concerns public affairs and in the framework of mutual respect”, Ouahya said.

The prime minister returned to talk about the accusations against the government of mismanagement of public treasury funds, and the fate of 1000 billion dinars, and said in this regard: “The people know where these funds went, and we thank the President, and tell him God bless you” and continued “There have been four presidential programs since 2000, and a charter for peace and national reconciliation”; he explained in an open response to the RCD party’s MP, who asked him about the fate of 1,000 billion dinars.

Ouyahia believes that the people are “indebted” the to President Bouteflika because he embodies the peace and reconciliation charter.

He defended President Bouteflika in a lengthy manner and compared the situation of the country in 1997 and 2017.

He said that 20 years ago, the Algerians were sad in front of the massacres of Ben Talha, Rais, Ramka, Meghila and Had Chekkala, and calls of internal parties that ask for intervention, while the people is celebrating today the 12th anniversary of the national reconciliation that united it. “

He added: “History will record that the people is thankful because President Bouteflika restored peace, unity and brotherhood in Algeria, after the world was unfair to the Algerians who were dying without raising their voices abroad. Algeria is facing a financial crisis today, but it will be resolved by a sovereign economic decision”.

Ouyahia said that those who were betting on the explosion of Algeria because of the financial crisis and the end of the state, they realize that their dreams evaporated”, calling for the need to be hopeful and not leave the room for the pessimists, asserting that the owners of speech occupied the concern to speak and to blacken the situation only.
