President Bouteflika insists on “absolute transparency” in public procurement decisions

ALGIERS- President of Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika insisted Thursday during the Cabinet meeting on the necessity for the authority concerned to adopt “absolute transparency” in the decisions on public procurements.

 After the presentation of a draft executive decree on model rules of public procurement committees, the Head of State affirmed that the new measures included in the draft decree will reduce the time required to handle related files by the public procurement committees.
