Rafik Djebbour joins Marseille-Consolat with two-year-contract
Algerian former international player Rafik Djebbour joined Marseille-Consolat club with a two-year-contract.
The Algerian striker will try to devote his experience to help his new team to reach the second league championship.
Djebbour, 33, has his best sports moments in the Greek championship as he won its title twice with Olympiacos club. He was also selected as the best goal kicker of the championship. He won Greece’s Cup three times. Two of them were with Olympiacos (2012-2013) and the other was with AEK Athens (2016).
Djebbours also played with other European teams such as Nottingham Forest and Sivasspor clubs.
He played 33 matches with the national team. The first game was against Gabon on august 15th, 2006. He also played with the national team in World Cup finals 2010.
