Head of the Federation of Algerian Real Estate Agencies, Abdelkrim Aouidat, told Echorouk, that the demand for rental apartments largely increased compared to the offer, making the “brokers” of the parallel market impose their logic, taking advantage of the embarrassing situation of the tenant.
