Repentant chieftain's revelations wreak disarray among Salafist terrorist organization

The decision earlier this week to give himself up to the security services by a repentant “Emir” of the so-called “Houmat Daâwa Salafia” terrorist group known as “Abou Hala” and his ensuing telling revelations have wreaked disarray and apprehension among the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC) led by the sinister Droudkel. 

• Reliable sources indicated that the GSPC leader Abdelmalek Droudkel had sustained another scathing blow with the recent surrender of the chieftain of the “Al Farouk squad” to the security services in the western province of Tipaza.
• Droudkel was banking on the latter and his fellow  henchmen to reorganize the nefarious activities in this coastal region, west of the capital Algiers.
• The surrender of “Abou Halal” came in the wake of the repentance of four other GSPC chieftains including : Touati Abbas “Abou Al Abbas, Ghriss Hocine Abdelhamid called “Abdelkader” and Droudkel’s close aide, the so-called “Abdeldjebbar” as well as Mokadem Lounis called “Abou Naâmane”.
• The manifold renditions by these former terrorist chieftains and their precious revelations to the security services have upset the criminal designs of the GSPC terrorist organization which is said to be now in despair and disarray.
• The repentant chieftains have also urged their comrades still in the mountains to give themselves up and to forsake for good terrorist violence in order to benefit from the clemency provisions enshrined in the charter of peace and national reconciliation.
