Algeria team international midfielder and FC Sochaux (French League 1) player Riad Boudebouz said he is quiet and eager to play against Morocco.

“We have to win over Morocco in order to stay in the race to qualify for CAN 2012. I am quiet and eager to play this match. For us, it is an important step to qualify in CAN 2012”, Riad Boudebouz told Marocfootball.fr.

“In order to return back to the race for qualification we must win over Morocco here in Algeria, and then realize good results before Central Africa and Tanzania. There is no place for errors. We are here to enjoy and entertain our fans, but without excessiveness and exaggeration. We must respect Moroccans and they also have to respect us”, he added.

“Morocco team Belgian coach Eric Gerets has chosen experienced players and seeks to form a large team. Morocco team was restricted but it is not yet ready 100 percent for victory over Algeria. Algeria has formed squad unlike Morocco which knew recently new elements”.

“Algeria team strength lies in the collective control, whereas Morocco team force lies in its offensive game. I wish we will show a good performance and win on March 27 in Annaba.

National Coach Abdelhak Benchikha called up 23 players for the match against Morocco for Day Three of qualifiers for Africa Cup of Nations 2012 (CAN-2012) on Sunday.

Several players are back in the “Desert Foxes” squad in anticipation of the Maghreb decisive derby versus “Atlas Lions” in qualifiers Group D, including Abdelkader Ghezzal and Nadir Belhadj, who were not called by the national coach for the friendly match against Luxembourg (0-0) held on 17 November.

After two Africa Cup rounds, Algeria ranks last with Tanzania with one point and  negative difference after the draw before Tanzania (1-1) and defeat before the Republic of Central Africa (0-2).

Morocco ranks second in the group with four points after playing two matches home before Central Africa Republic (0-0) and Tanzania (0-1).

Republic of Central Africa is top of the list having realized the largest points.
