Security officer: Car bomb targeted civilians

The national Gendarmerie officer Ben Azzouz Salim has declared to “Echourok” that the main entrance of the town hall of the village of “Beni Aissi” located near the gendarmerie headquarters was targeted by car laden with explosives yesterday Sunday.

• The terrorist act has killed a night watchman working at the town hall and injured two a number of gendarmerie officers, he added.

• As to the cowardly terrorist act, the officer went on saying that the operation has essentially harmed the inhabitants who lost one of the citizens and years of archives and records stored at the town hall premises, in addition to properties’ damage.
