Selection of AADL 2 Houses' Sites Is Postponed to July

Selection of sites for building AADL 2 Houses is postponed to the upcoming July, after it was programmed for last March, General Manager of the National Agency for the Housing Development and Improvement (AADL) said while being the Morning Guest program at the Channel 3 on Tuesday.

“AADL 1 subscribers chose their sites and paid the second half and the agency is receiving 700 subscribers a day to give them the prior customization decision and payment orders of the third tranche, without setting a deadline for granting houses for all AADL 1 subscribers, who are waiting for their houses since 15 years ago.”

“Process of choosing sites and delivering decisions for AADL 2 subscribers was changed from March to the first half of July, to avoid mixing and mess with AADL 1 subscribers. Delay came for the good preparation for the process because of the large number of subscribers, and the creation of the best conditions for them.”

“Completion of the selection of AADL 1 sites ended, and the second half of the housing price was paid by all subscribers, whose number is 800,000”.

“AADL is receiving 700 to 800 of AADL 1 subscribers a day, to deliver pre-allocation decisions, and orders of payment for the third section, and the process will end during July. Process of delivering the keys was launched and 600 beneficiaries received their houses in Annaba Province (eastern Algeria), where AADL 1 houses project was launched in 2013, respected the strict instructions of the Housing Minister, about the completion of housing projects that started during 2013 in the right time. Some provinces are not concerned with AADL 1 program, and keys will be handed over in these cities for AADL 2 subscribers before the end of the year.”

“Number of subscribers in AADL 1 program reaches 80,000, and the capital Algiers got the largest share by 66,0000 subscribers who will all benefit from the houses that are completed currently, and which number is 93,000 houses of the total number of 183.000 housing at the national level. All efforts currently focused on closing the file of AADL 1 definitively. it will be realize before the end of this year. AADL is pursuing a clear communication strategy to inform the subscribers about each process and reassure them about accomplishing their houses”.
