Skyscrapers to rescue Algerians from overcrowding

Algiers Wilaya decides to build 10 parkings with new floors in order end the problem of overcrowding in the capital, or the chaos of positions definitively, during the next three years.

Over ten real estates in various municipalities in Algiers were allocated to realize the project by COSIDER construction company, as the number of parkings reached 17, ad it is expected  to launched the first parking of this kind in the first four months of next year.
Algiers governor, Abdelkader Zoukh, signed an agreement with COSIDER, which is specialized in construction and realization of large projects, that aim to grant it 10 real estates to accomplish floors and houses or malls, and business centers to relief Algiers and get rid definitively from chaos of parkings that disturb many municipalities of the capital.
Study about these projects in the next few days will be launched in the next few days, after the final agreement on the decision to transfer the real estates for the benefit of the Transport Directorate.
According to informed sources, services of transport directorate is negotiating with the services of state properties in order to waiver on a number of real estates that are recovered, following the last deportation process that touched preliminarily residents of buildings that are threatened with collapse, and that are located in municipalities of Bab El Oued, Rais Hamidoi, Sidi Mhamed and  Belouizded, not to mention the real estates that are retrieved from destroying tin houses in Staouali, Zeralda and other municipalities that will be identified lately after identifying the real estates that are allocated for that reason.
