State support for young Algerian promoters beefed up by new incentive measures

The conditions and the level of aid extended by the state to the young Algerian promoters and the jobless promoters, aged between 35 and 50, have been completed and modified by two newly devised executive decrees published this week in the official Gazette n°39. 

• In consistence with these new decrees, the minimum level of the personal funds brought by the young or jobless promoter depends on the amount of the projected creation or extension investment in line with two levels.

• It is set at 5% of the global amount of the investment when the latter is lower or equal to 5 million dinars and at 10% of the overall amount when the latter is higher than 5 million dinars or lower or equal to 10 million dinars.

• The young or jobless promoters will benefit from more attractive financial incentives when their investment projects are to be achieved in the sectors of agriculture, hydraulics and fisheries or in other specific fields of endeavour notably in the remote parts of the country.

• The treatment of the relevant files pertaining to such investment projects will be carefully dealt with by the various provincial and local offices of the national Agency of support to youth employment (Ansej).
