Tayeb Louh: “We identified a number of Gourdel's assassination terrorists”

Security Services identified some of the suspects in the case of the French National Herve Gourdel assassination by the terrorist group “Jound El Khilafa”, Justice Minister, Tayeb Louh.
“Preliminary investigation allowed the identification of a number of suspected terrorists who are involved in the crime”.
Sources from Justice Ministry said legal procedures have been taken against the terrorists, whose identities are not revealed by the minister, while sources spoke about implication of the leader of Al Houda sub-battalion previously, “Guoury”, who split from AQIM in the kidnap operation.
On the other hand, Justice Minister, Tayeb Louh, proposed about the draft law on creating the fund of alimony, during the meeting of the legal and administrative affairs commission, and freedoms at the National Popular Coucil, under the presidency of Ammar Djilani, as the latter praised the draft law, noting that it is included in the framework of reforming the justice sector.
