Terrorism: Three soldiers killed by a roadside bomb east of Algiers

Three soldiers were killed and four others injured in an attack in the eastern section of the Algerian capital, according to media reports Friday.

• The incident happened early Thursday near the village of Dar el Beida in the Baghlia region. The attackers set off a bomb as a military convoy passed through the village, according to the same reprots.

• It seems that the terrorist goup GSPC also known as Al Qaeda In Islamic Maghreb is once again trying to prove existence during the holy month of Ramadan, through killing soldiers, who are also Algerian citizens. This attack is the first since the beginning of this month, August 11.

• Previously, on August 6, the mayor of the Baghlia, east of Boumerdes, east of Algiers, was killed outside home by terrorists.

• The region of Baghlia, is known for being one of the strongholds of GSPC or AQIM.
