The Joint Technical Committee, which is charged with identifying the technical and material mechanisms for the construction of the border crossing between the two countries, last week, chose a site of 75 kilometers from the city of Tindouf (Southern Algeria) as a starting point for the road that is connecting Algeria with the Mauritanian city Zoueirat, pending the opening of the crossing officially soon with the construction of the road and processing.
