Three soldiers killed in a terrorist attack east of Algeria

A group of terrorists belonging to the battalion of Abad Arahman attacked barrack of municipality guards in the region of Sidi Abdelaziz in Jijel, east of Algeria.

 Terrorists shot a soldier at about 8:00 am on Saturday while he was leaving the barrack for a rest period, while a roadside bomb blast killed two soldiers and injured two others.   

According to Echorouk sources, this is the third terrorist attack within a month, following that which targeted a military convoy on the National Road N° 43 in Al Qanar (Jijel).

The second terrorist attack targeted municipality guards’ barrack in Ziama Mensouria (Jijel) killing seven soldiers and kidnapping another one.
