Three terrorists to appear before justice on charges of implementing a terrorist attack

Algiers- The criminal court to consider this Wednesday the case of three terrorists who planned to blow up a students’ station in Tafoura in order to damage Algiers port situated near the station, Echotouk sources said.

The terrorist attack was planed by the leader of Khemis El Khenchna “Mohamed El Khoukhi” alias “Bilal”, after fialing to carry out bombings in the cemetery of Sidi Rzine in Berraki (Algiers).

 The three terrorists “Sh.M”, his cousin “Ch.M.S” from Braki (Algiers) and “D.Kh” Blida (west of Algeria), will answer the judge questions about joining and supporting a terrorist group in Algeria and killing civilians by using explosives.

The terrorists were wanted since 2009 and security cervices arrested them during Ramadan of 2010.

After receiving information about the existence of a remote controlled bomb placed in a box at the station, security services rushed to the site and dismantled the bomb before it exploded, as one of the suspects was controlled by intelligence through phone surveillance. He was arrested and identified the rest of terrorists implicated in the terrorist attack, while four others are still on the run and wanted as they continue operating in Boumerdes, east of Algiers, and planning for more suicide attacks.
