Tripartite meeting set for 28 May, sources

Prime Ministry has summoned a meeting of the tripartite (government, central trade union and employers) as by 28 May, in accordance with President Abdelaziz Bouteflika order set during the last council of ministers, last Monday.

Sources within the government said this meeting will be devoted to prepare the agenda to be discussed during the September meeting of this same tripartite. 

The sources added that the three partners are likely to work on reaching a road map up to boost local enterprises and improve their productivity and investments, noting that the issuing of the amended investment code is in the sky. 

 The tripartite meeting of next 28 May is to discuss an outline to create more job opportunities, improving the purchase power and working conditions to employees operating the economic sector.
