Turkish Embassy to deliver 3-year long visas for Algerian businessmen
The Turkish Ambassador in Algiers, his Excellency Mr. Mehmet Poroy, said Sunday, during a working visit to Ain Temouchent (western Algeria), that facilities had been approved by the Turkish Embassy in favor of Algerian businessmen by deciding to grant them special long-term visas extending for a period of 3 years.
In a statement to “Echorouk”, the Turkish Ambassador explained that the facilitation move towards Algerian businessmen was geared to further promoting the exchange of economic delegations between the two friendly countries with the ultimate aim of shoring up bilateral cooperation ties.
He pointed out in this line that the political and economic relations between his country and Algeria are going well, as they are buttressed by a strong economic relationship.
He further indicated that this exemplary relationship is reflected by the great size of the Turkish economic investments in Algeria estimated at over two billion Euros, stressing that currently there are more than 100 Turkish firms operating in Algeria in various fields of endeavor.
