ALGIERS- Nearly 500 Algerians were repatriated Saturday from Tripoli (Libya) aboard two aircrafts of the national airline Air Algerie, said the follow-up committee set up by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to that end.
Up to 2,300 Algerian nationals have been repatriated from Libya so far aboard seven crafts of Air Algerie, following the deterioration of the security situation in this country, the source added.
In addition to those repatriated through flights, 200 other Algerians entered the country through Debdeb border post (450 km northeast of Illizi).
