Urgent passport is granted after case by case examining

The number of urgent passports for immigrants who do not have residence documents has reached 400 since a related law was promulgated. This shows to which extent bureaucracy is present for obtaining this document.

Representative of Algerian community in Europe except France and America Nourredine Belmedah posted a response to foreign minister. He said more than 400 persons obtained their urgent passport in embassies and consulates.  

He said the procedure is exceptional and requires examining applications case by case. Collective delivery will not be done.
