Bougherra says Anatr Yahia's injury is a dramatic event
Algeria’s team defender Madjid Bougherra said the World Cup 2010 is an additional aim for the squad.

- “Our first goal is the passage to the second round. We do not feel any oppression. Antar Yahia’s injury is a dramatic event. I wish he would play with us against Slovenia. I am ready to play for any position. I represent a great country”.
- Hassan Yebda, Algeria’s midfielder said he is ready to make his contribution with the squad to play against Slovenia.
- “In trainings, things are just fine. I used to play side by side with Yazid Mensouri, now I will be with Lahcen. Our match against Slovenia will be special. It will be a real World Cup match. You will see 11 Desert Warriors”.
- Mehdi Lahcen, Algeria’s team midfielder said; “We are working hard to win the first match in this World Cup. Whatever the names to play in this match, I think they will not find a problem in integration”.
- Algeria’s team striker Rafik Djebbour, said; “Our aim is to negotiate in the first match against Slovenia. It is true that the team did not score goals for some time and this is the main obstacle that we should get rid off during the World Cup. I am a striker and my task is to find solution for scoring”.
