Yebda eager to enter Napoli’s history
Algeria’s international player and Napoli’s midfielder Hassan Yebda Thursday said he would like to enter history by winning a second title with his club ahead of a match against Lazio in the 31st round of the Italian championship.
- “To enter Napoli’s history, we have to win the title. Maradona did that. We have to think just about victory. We occupy the third place. We need to win some matches so that our dream will come true,” Hassan Yebda told Corriere dello Sport.
- “As for the Sprint Final, I will take out Ibrahimovic of AC Milano and Eto-o of Inter Milan. Lavezzi, Cavani and Hamsik can guide us but in Napoli, the collective way of playing is the most important,” he added.
- Yebda who is playing at Benfika on loan did not hide his desire to continue his adventure with the Italian club. “I would like to stay here. I will talk about that with managers. I need to see if they still need me…The end of the season is left to me to succeed.”
