100,000 new housing units officially earmarked for “AADL 3 Program”
The Algerian Government is expected to endorse the additional quota for housing pertaining to “the sale through the rent”, which will comprise the construction of around 400 thousand new flats in the next few days, well-informed sources told Echorouk.
This new endeavour will come under the framework of the additional quota of 230,000 housing units to be built for the subscribers to the upcoming “AADL 3 housing program which is to be wrapped up in the very near future, according to housing and town planning minister Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
The construction of of a first batch of 105,000 AADL housing units has already been launched, he said.
“The construction of 105,000 new housing units, as part of the new program of the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (ALDA) is now well underway,” Tebboune indicated.
The Offices of Real Estate Development and Management (OPGI) “were urged to launch the construction of new housing units on behalf of AADL,” he added.
