A lot of new subscribers in the framework of the housing project that launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism were surprised of the rejected files that they deposited at the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development, in the framework of the project “AADL 2”.
Many new subscribers were waiting for summons by the agencies to pull the order of paying the first part of the housing value, but they were surprised by a negative decision, which was the rejection of their files by the agency, on the grounds that the terms of utilization, that were developed by the agency, is not conform to their deposited files by these subscribers for various reasons.
A lot of taxi owners and private transporters, traders and practitioners, told Echorouk that they are angry after receiving decisions of rejecting their files by the agency, because of the lack of conformity of their annual contributions with the National Fund for Free Workers, do not fit with the requirement that was set by AADL, with respect to the financial side of the subscriber, which is a monthly income of 24,000 DZD, the equivalent or exceeded 24,000 DZD during the declaration at the CNAS and CASNOS Funds, but the businessmen and the free activities like transporters, taxi owners, public buses transport and traders who belong to fund CASNOS, considered that the annual subscription certificate that is extracted from the National Fund of Workers, and the certificate of taxes, do not reflect their monthly salaries, considering that their monthly salaries exceed 24,000 DZD.
