Administrative division will reach 28 provinces

Housing, Urbanism and the city Ministry identified the urban organization that is related to the operations of residential divisions in the southern states and high plateaus, as it was decided to establish a detailed urban organization that is applied on the residential divisions’ operations that were launched in the southern cities like Adrar, Biskra, Bechar, Tamanrasset, Ouergla, Illizi , Tindouf, Al Oued and Ghardaia, and high plateaus like Bordj Bou Arreridj, Batna, Khenchela, Tebessa, Oum el-Bouaki, Setif, Souk Ahras, Mila, Djelfa, Laghouat, Msila, Tissemsilt, Bouira, Saida, Tiaret, Sidi Bel Abbes, Telemcen , Baiad and Naama.

According to the contents of the Ministerial Decision No. 875 of July,26, 2015, which copy is available to Echorouk, the organization should not exceed the size of partitions beyond 1,000 pieces of ground, and every agglomeration plan should include 500 pieces to be the subject of a study by the Ministerial Committee that is created for this purpose, as it does not allow any amendment that violates the regulatory specifications, as managers of reconstruction, architecture and building should focus on the implementation of the resolution.

It is known that the Ministry of Housing, Urbanism and the city, and with the government approval, decided to adopt the real estate divisions within the framework of the elimination of the housing crisis in internal and Southern cities, given the privacy that characterized each region, whether the geographical or cultural features, and the inability of the construction of buildings with floors in all areas, and it was decided in this context to help people who wish to get these divisions materially, to accomplish the houses, according to a certain architectural pattern that was released previously, before it was decided to determine the general detailed pattern of achievement according to the architectural pattern that was issued at the beginning of the current week.

Furthermore, the Housing, Construction and the City Ministry, Abdelmadjid Taboune, issued a ministerial decree,  that includes ways to issue licenses for installing the definition panel of the owners of architectural works for the facilities and buildings, their characteristics and places of installing them, in the framework of recognizing the architects’ efforts, and the elimination of the phenomenon of “cut and paste”, in the realization of residential projects, which are similar from north to south and from east to west, as it is required, to get a “panel of definition” for filing an application at the level of the reconstruction directorate, accompanied by the documents that prove the intellectual property of the of the completed facility, before they are submitted to the Committee of Engineering that ratifies the decisions of the ministerial committee that is chaired by the General-Manager of Urbanism, while the projects that won the National Prize of Architecture and all the projects that are selected by the Advisory Committee of the National Award for Architecture that are submitted for evaluation, are excluded during the national selection stage.
