Air Algerie: “New cuts in prices of airline tickets in the offing”

The CEO of Air Algerie Company, Mohamed Abdou Bouderbala, has announced that the national airline company plans to initiate further reductions in the prices of airline tickets.

“In so doing, a special commission at the level of the company’s General Management is now examining the fees’ rosters of these projected price reductions with a view to applying them in the coming months”, he said.

Mr Bouderbala was speaking on the sidelines of a ceremony held Tuesday at the Sofitel Hotel in downtown Algiers to honor a team of Algerian athletes in sports for the disabled from the central town of Boufarik.

He noted that these planned fares’ reductions would also benefit greatly the disabled.

As for the company’s much-awaited restructuring plan, recently announced, the project has been submitted to the Board of Directors and its practical modalities will be announced early next month, Air Algerie CEO underscored.
