Algeria: High-grade construction quality of promotional public apartments unveiled

The Ministry of housing, town planning and the city has unveiled the high-quality norms in the construction of new promotional public housing units, achieved with luxurious building materials and high specifications, in order to live up to the wishes of thousands of recipients of this housing formula.

These new apartments will be fitted with modern household appliances as the government wants to stifle a malicious disinformation campaign launched of late via social networking by some shadowy venal real-estate circles in a bid to try and tarnish the image of promotional housing which had remained under their sway for decades with enormous financial spin-offs for their sole benefit.

The housing Ministry wants to reassure the future beneficiaries of public promotional apartments about the top quality of materials and fixtures that are available in each apartment, with accommodations ranging between “three rooms, four rooms and five rooms” as witnessed by “Echorouk” through enclosed pictures of each flat already achieved as part of this most ambitious housing program which is being hailed as “up to the mark” by all the future owners.

The enclosed pictures showed that all the building materials were produced in Algeria and the apartment’s kitchen is equipped with a modern refrigerator and a cooking machine as well as with water heaters while all the rest rooms are fitted with air conditioning and a central heating system.

The building   compounds of this new type of housing units are surrounded with large green spaces and vast parking lots as part of the outdoor amenities.
