National People’s Army forces found a terrorist’s family of seven members, who lives in a forest in Oued Talba in the Municipality of El Aouana in Jijel (eastern Algeria), as this came in the framework of a combing operation that is carried out by a detachment of the operational sector of Jijel’s Fifth Military region on Sunday at about 10: 15 am.
A statement by the National Defense Ministry, which copy is available to Echorouk, shows that following the implementation of a combing operation in Oued Talba in the municipality of El Aouana, found a detachment inside the cache of a terrorist’s family, which is consisting of a wife and Seven kids, whose ages range between two and 20, and retrieved a rifle and a quantity of ammunition, and three mobile phones, as the family spent a long time suffering from the scourge of underdevelopment and deprivation that were imposed by this terrorist, as they lived isolation in the mentioned jungle, and lacks the minimum requirements of life”.
Informed sources told Echorouk that a family of four sons and three daughters, the oldest is a girl, 20, neither read nor write, and live in in primitive conditions, accompanied by their mother, while the security forces did not find their father, who spends most of his time with the terrorist groups.
Echorouk sources added that the security authorities will hand over this family to the Solidarity Ministry, which will treat them psychologically, especially for the kids who have spent most of their lives in the mountains between the bush and without contact with any human race, except with their parents.
“Specialists will try to help them integrate into society as victims, who have no fault for what happened to them, and have nothing to do with what their father is doing. The fact that he abandoned them immediately, after hearing the news of combing operations, and that he is wanted since years.”
Previously, armed forces has carried out a similar operation on last January, 14, in Al Kerouche municipality in El Aouana area, which enabled them to arrest a terrorist and retrieve his weapon, then handed over his family consisting of his wife and five kids.
Algeria has enacted the National Reconciliation Act in September 2005, which considered all the victims of terrorism, and the families of killed terrorists and the missing as victims of the national tragedy, as the terms of this law is still in effect for all concerned groups.
