Algerians’ Best Destinations For Labor Migration

Over 84% of Algerians express there willingness to migrate to work abroad, as Canada is the top destination of choice, followed by France, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Belgium, Qatar and Switzerland.

In contrast, Algeria’s labor market is one of the attractive markets for foreign frames from Tunisia which is on top of these countries, followed by France, Benin, Saudi Arabia and Norway, according to the latest study that was conducted by International Consulting Firm “Boston Consulting BCG.

According to a global survey of 366,000 people across 197 countries by the world’s leading consulting firm, Boston Consultancy, the world’s largest recruitment site, including Omplowic Algeria’s leading online recruitment company, The Network, is attracting increasingly international talent. The survey shows that in terms of attractiveness, Algeria has jumped from 114th in 2014 to 83rd in 2018 out of 197 countries In this order.

The survey shows that in terms of attractiveness of talent, Algeria managed to jump from 114th in 2014 to 83rd in 2018 out of 197 countries in this ranking.

These talents come to Algeria from all over the world, and Tunisians lead the nationalities that want to come to work in Algeria, in addition to other countries such as Benin, France, Saudi Arabia and Norway, which are among the countries whose workers want to do a professional experience in Algeria.

However, this study provides further information that 84% of Algerians are ready to leave the country to get a job abroad.

According to the same study, among the Algerian candidates who positively responded to the issue of leaving abroad, 84% of them were young people under the age of 30 and 86% were university graduates, who have LLCE, Masters or Doctorates, and the opportunities for learning, training, career development and financial stability for employers are among the main reasons for the transfer of these frame abroad, and there are other personal motives that are also raised, such as the discovery of new horizons, new cultures or a new way of life.

According to the same study, Canada is the preferred destination for Algerians who want to migrate, while Algerians who are ready to migrate choose at the top of their destinations, France and Germany, followed by the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Belgium, and three other destinations, which are Qatar, Switzerland and Spain.
