Algerians represent 10% of the real estate customers in Paris

Algerians occupied the rate of 10.2% of the total foreign real estate customers in Paris, a report that was published, on Wednesday, by the French newspaper “La Tribune”.

“La Tribune” quoted the data that was cited by a Notary Office in Paris as saying that Algerian customers are the largest buyers of real estate and are stationed on the outskirts of the largest area of Paris “Grande Couronne”.
The newspaper’s report is based, on the figures that were provided by the notary office in Paris, which revealed that most of the foreign clients of those who liberated the real estate contracts in “La Grande Couronne” Parisian region are Algerians, and before them the Portuguese by 26.5%.
“La Tribune” quoted the notary, Terry Deloussai, as saying that during the first four months of 2015, the office recorded a high growth of real estate sales in the “Iles-de-France” and “La Grande Couronne” particularly. 
This notary spoke with numbers about the customers’ numbers who are flocking to his desk for the Liberation of buying and selling real estate transactions. 
“Foreigners, especially from Britain, Italy, Portugal, China, bought properties in these areas. Proportion of transactions in real estate increased during the last ten years, and the majority of customers are foreigners, including Algerians, as 9.2%, are foreigners who have purchased real estate in Paris , while the proportion was 8.2% compared to the first four months of 2014.”
French newspaper quoted the same source as saying that area of “La Grande Couronne” in Paris included four districts on the outskirts of “Iles-de-France”, among them, the city of “La Saine et Marne” with 77 buying process, “Les Yvelines” with 78, and “Lisson” with 91, and also “Val d’Oise” with 95 buying contracts, and between all of these transactions, the Notary Office recorded the growing influx of Algerians to these areas and said they are 10.2% without clarifying the nature of the real estate which they bought.
