“ANSEJ” Youth to conduct AADL neighborhoods on the beginning of October

Conducting AADL neighborhoods will be withdrawn from the agency in charge of management at the present time, Housing, Construction and the City Minister, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, said during the meeting with ANSEJ representatives, to discuss the way to integrate Small and Medium sized enterprises in the maintenance and management of AADL houses in the framework of supporting youth employment starting from next October.

“Starting from next week, contracts will be signed with these enterprises which will be operating by the beginning of October.”

The meeting was attended by the Labor and Social Insurance Minister, Mohamed al-Ghazi, ADDL Director, Tarek Laaribi, ANSEJ Director, Mourad Zemali, and a group of youth who are owners of small enterprises and who benefited from the concessions in the framework of supporting youth and professionals in the cleaning and maintenance of facilities.

Taboun, explained that the complexes will include youth institutions that were created within the framework of ANSEJ, and in the framework of the National Office for Insurance on Unemployment, which will be assigned gradually with the task of conducting AADL neighborhoods, that suffer –ATP- from the lack of hygiene and lighting and crashed elevators, which the Agency of Conducting Neighborhoods that belongs to AADL failed to resolve them.”

“Every complex is expected to include small enterprises, each specialized in a particular task, including cleaning the buildings, green places, public lighting, maintenance of elevators and security of neighborhoods.

“Book of conditions must be respected by the complexes that were prepared by AADL and will be signed by young owners of institutions before starting the task that will be assigned to them. Objectives of this process are to improve the living conditions of AADL residents, and create more jobs for youth. A new impetus should be given to these neighborhoods from the construction phase to the maintenance and beauty stage”.

“The process would concern initially some neighborhoods of AADL 2001-2002 in Algiers, before being circulated at the national level thanks to the residences that will be created by youth in the concerned AADL programs, and who will benefit from training abroad for the transfer of experiences to the developed countries in the conduct of neighborhoods.”
