Applicants for promotional housing program have to pay within 30 days

The Real-Estate Promotion National Enterprise fixed October 25th as a deadline for the second part payment of promotional houses price estimated at 100 million centimes.

ADDL applicants who were shifted to the promotional housing program are not concerned by the deadline. Their number is estimated at 4,200.

The housing ministry said in a release that any applicants who does not respect the deadline will not benefit from the program.

A password will be given to applicants after payment to choose houses site on the Internet.

Paying the second part as once raised anger among some applicants as they considered it as a “huge sum.” Most of them they are employed couples who earn together around 100,000 DZ per month. They are in charge of children and most of them live in rented houses.
