Armed Forces Are Strengthened To Deter Attempts To Prejudice Algeria Sovereignty
Deputy Minister of National Defense and Army Chief of Staff, Maj. Gen. Ahmed Gaid Salah, called on armed forces that are deployed along the border to continue to maintain Algeria’s prestige regionally and internationally, in the absence of stability and security in the world.
Maj. Gen. Gaid Saleh said, in a speech during his meeting at the headquarters of the sixth military region; “Preserving Algeria’s prestige regionally and internationally is a noble task that is placed in the hands of its loyal sons, who have the role, duty and responsibility to carry out this vital task, especially as we live today in a world that is unstable, insecure and unsafe with all the meaning of this phrase, and examples are many and were proved by the past and the present.”
“Armed forces work with the support of the President to strengthen the pillars of our military capability, and launch its deterrent tools, to be face anyone who tries to attack Algeria and thinks of the prejudice to the sovereignty of Algeria and its national security.”
