At least 70,000 ZDZ is a fine for everyone who buys a new car

Customers of cars’ concessionaires, that are accredited, will be forced to pay 70,000 ZDZ, at least for the banking agencies before the payment of the new cars’ bill, and end the purchase and sales’ transactions, due to the obligation to deal with the check in the transactions that exceed more than 1,000,000 ZDZ.
A large number of Algerians are unable to identify the source of their money or to answer the question: “Where did you get this?” As confirmed by some agents, which forced a large number of customers to escape to the parallel market in order to buy, away from the censorship.
Head of the Multi-Type Cars Concessionaires Association, Youcef Nebbache, told Echorouk that the mandatory to deal with the check forced a number of customers to go to the weekly markets for the acquisition of the new car, rather than resort to the accredited concessionaire which scuffs in turn the customer to bank agencies to end the deals of selling the car, according to the check which became mandatory by the beginning of last July, for transactions which exceed more than or equal to 1,000,000.
“A number of customers are forced to use the check for the acquisition of a car, and the inability of a number of them to clearly identify the source of the amount of the vehicle, forced the bank to grab 7% of the amount, which is equal to at least 70,000 ZDZ, as the lowest limit, which caused the flight of customers of accredited concessionaires to the weekly markets and pursue the bag’s transactions, and the cash payment and ending the deal at the services of the municipality without any problems.”
