BAC results baffle 800,000 candidates and their families

Process of announcing the BAC exam results noticed a remarkable backward for several reasons, including the miscalculation of those in charge of the National Office for Exams and Competitions, for a number of teachers who are actually concerned with the correction, and therefore the estimates were “false”, prompting the ministry to use “dead” professors, and others “retired” and “selected”, in addition to professors “volunteers” without charge.

National Secretary in charge of Information and Communication at the National Council of the Independent Users of the Teaching Sector with its educational phases, Messaoud Boudiba, told Echorouk that the announcement of the BAC exam results in the past years was in the period between July, 2 and 5.

However, unusually the process of announcing on the list of successful candidates noticed a delay and the main reason is a miscalculation of officials of the National Office for Exams and Competitions, and those in charge of the National Education Ministry for the number of teachers who are concerned with the correction, and therefore the estimates were close to the previous year, although the number of candidates for this session doubled significantly, which inflicted heads of correction centers in the problem of shortage in the number of correctors, as they were forced to resort to replace them with teachers contractors, and even retirees to complete the process in the deadlines.

“Problem of the lack of coordination between those in charge of the preparation of technical cards for professors correctors at the level of correction centers, and those in charge of summoning professors at the level of the office staled the announcement of the results, in addition to the lack of updating the lists of correctors, on the grounds that “dead” teachers were summoned, and others “retired” and even contractors under the act.
