Banks order the seizure of equipment of 150.000 ANSEJ and ANGEM projects

Number of small institutions that were created within the framework of state support for projects like “ANSEJ”, “CNAC” and “ANGEM” reached about 150.000 companies that received order to seize equipment by banks during the past several months, after they failed to complete the payment of their debts, which means that they failed, and their owners are threatened with judicial follow-up and even jail.

Transition of some banking agencies from the stage of sending notifications to beneficiaries of bank loans in the context of “ANSEJ”, “CNAC” and “ANGEM”, and asked them to pay their dues, to issuing orders of seizure that reached, according to figures that are provided by the Secretary General of the Association of Supporting Small Enterprises, Yassin Guellil, who told Echorouk, that about 150,000 small institution cannot exploit their equipment in the current period, due to receiving orders of seizure after failing to complete the payment of the remaining debts.

On the other hand, the spokesman revealed that over 5,000 owners of  small institutions start collecting signatures to sue the banks that granted loans, because of the arbitrary way in which these banks deal with institutions owners that have not been able to complete the payment of their debts, and the lack of respect for the terms of the agreement to grant the loan, at the time, when it is unreasonable that the public authorities do not move to intervene to save thousands of institutions which equipment will be seized and owners will be prosecuted.
