Project of creating “Peugeot” factory to manufacture cars in Algeria is not yet studied, and no decisions are taken about it, but it is not yet realized.

These statements contradict in their form, according to observers, with the statements of the French President, Francois Hollande, who said in a press conference, on the sidelines of his visit to Algeria last week, that there are advanced negotiations between the two countries on the establishment of “Peugeot” factory in Algeria.

During his inspection visit to Oran (western Algeria), Ben Younes, confirmed that the opening of compassion markets in Algeria will be exceptional and will coincide with the holy month of Ramadan, and will not be open during the other months of the year.

“Chaotic markets in our country are a big problem that must be fought gradually and not all at once. An international conference will be held to introduce these chaotic markets in the official market.”

Trade Minister said that some products in Algeria will be produced without being referred to by name; a decision that the National Assembly will be approved next week.

Ben Younes said the prices of fruits and vegetables are declining at the national markets; compared to the previous months, due to the consumer’s awareness of not wasting and storage of products.
