The Court of Auditors criticized the government for not setting action plans to determine objectives and execution deadlines.

A report released by the Court showed that taxes collection has many inadequacies, saying taxes management general cost is very high.

It also said the command of fiscal expenses is not sufficient, recommending to reinforce fiscal departments to raise taxes collection efficiency.

It called for creating mechanisms to end unofficial actions and take strict measures in systems management.

All it seems, the Court of Auditors had no other choice than relying on oil taxation. It said normal taxation decreased by 10.501 billion DZ in the 2013 budget and it did not cover public expenses only by 34.93 percent.

It said personnel expenses distributed on main salaries, pensions, allowances and social burdens reached 1,992 billion DZ of management budget.
