Debts of ANSEJ failed projects to be restructured, no omission will be applied

General Directorate of the National Agency to Support Youth Employment “ANSEJ” called upon representatives of the small companies that are unable to pay their debts within the framework of “ANSEJ- CNAC – ANGEM”, pursuant to the instructions that are issued by the Labor Ministry, following a correspondence from the Prime Minister, Abdelmalek Sellal, in order to open the file of the failed projects, at the time the debts’ omission issue will not be included by the representatives of the association of supporting the small companies.

Labor, social security and employment Ministry, according to the petition that was sent by the Association of Supporting Small Enterprises under “ANSEJ”, “CNAC” and “ANGEM”, to the services of the Prime Minister, Abdelmalek Sellal, earlier, the General Directorate of National Agency to support Youth Employment, in order to study the file of the companies that are unable to repay the debts, which faced several difficulties and problems in the institutions to continue their projects, which are the points that were included by the representatives of small enterprises in the petition that they’ve sent by last June to the Prime Minister.

Labor Ministry sent a correspondent for the Association of Small Enterprises, which copy is available to Echorouk, informing them that the concerns and problems which face thousands of investors in the creation of small institutions, that is referred to in the petition that was addressed to the Prime Minister, has been transferred to the General Directorate of ANSEJ in order to be studied in accordance with the applicable regulation.

Among the solutions that will be exposed by the Association of Supporting Small Enterprises, the postponement of the re-payment of debts to all institutions with extending them at a long-term without profits and fines.
