Diplomatic source to Echorouk: “Brothers Kouachi do not have Algerian passport, have never visited Algeria”

Echorouk sources said the two brothers, Charif and Said Kouachi, are not registered within the Official Records of Algerian consulates in France, and did not carry any identification numbers, as is the case for the Algerian community that have the nationality.

If we recognized that the father of the two suspects, who have died, are of an Algerian origin. The concerned were not willing to carry the Algerian nationality, thus they were French-born, educated and trained in France.
